Prestigia’s existing brand identity had become dated and no longer reflected the company’s evolving vision. As the business shifted from simply building luxury homes to creating lifestyle-led developments, a new strategic direction and visual identity were required to better articulate this ambition and differentiate the brand within an increasingly competitive market.

An in-depth research phase examined the global luxury market alongside key competitors within Morocco and the wider region. These insights informed a refined brand strategy and a refreshed visual identity, repositioning Prestigia as a curator of premium lifestyles and providing a flexible, future-ready brand system to support continued growth.

Strong Foundations
in support of the visual direction, a new brand narrative was developed. L.I.F.E. brings together heritage, culture and modernity, forming the backbone of a cohesive brand platform. It creates a distinctive narrative designed to resonate with Prestigia’s core audience and supports the brand’s future growth.

Visually on ‘P’oint
Formed from the ‘P’ of Prestigia, the marque is inspired by the archway, a significant and enduring feature of Moroccan architecture, traditionally used to transition between spaces and define moments of arrival.

A visual gateway, the icon symbolises threshold and progression, while also conveying protection and security. The ‘P’ marque balances tradition and modernity, reflecting Prestigia’s mission to guide clients from the outside world into the refined Prestigia Life.

Immersive Experience
This is not just a brand refresh, but the creation of an immersive brand experience, one where every client touchpoint is intentionally designed to inspire connection and confidence.
